MIAMI (WSVN) - The woman accused of hitting South Dade principal Javier Perez entered a plea of not guilty, Thursday.

Marilyn Aguilera was not present in court. However, her attorney pleaded not guilty on her behalf to driving under the influence with serious bodily injury. They also requested a trial by jury.

Aguilera is accused of hitting Perez in April while he was attending a tee-ball game for his son.
