CORAL GABLES, Fla. (WSVN) — A condominium in Coral Gables caught fire, according to Coral Gables Fire Rescue.
Around 3 p.m., officials were notified of a working fire at a condominium building, located at 90 Edgewater Drive.
According to Coral Gables Fire Rescue, a kitchen fire set off the flames on the sixth floor of the 12-story building.
The building was evacuated to clear the smoke from inside.
One woman fell down the stairs while she was evacuating and was transported to Kendall Regional Hospital.
Coral Gables Fire rescuers requested assistance from Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.
