MIAMI (WSVN) - South Florida just might get a little bit cooler with a summer “snow day” near Bayside Marketplace.
The global smartphone manufacturer Coolpad is bringing a winter wonderland to Downtown Miami.
The company delivered 32 tons of snow for a fun, interactive and free event for the whole family set to take place on Saturday, at noon.
“We do want to bring all the fun and excitement of having a snowball fight here in Miami,” said VP of Coolpad America, Charlie Parke. “We love what Miami brings, a very unique vibe in the Miami area.”
Summer Snow Day is part of the company’s efforts to expand its market presence in the U.S.
