NORTH LAUDERDALE, FLA. (WSVN) - A pickup truck reportedly crashed into the side of a mobile home overnight in North Lauderdale.
The incident took place in the area of Northwest 57th Street and Northwest 44th Avenue, early Sunday morning.
According to the family who resides in the home, there were six people at the time of the crash, including four children.
Speaking through a translator, a man said his daughter was thrown from the room and ended up in the kitchen as a result of the impact.
“Suddenly we heard a huge crash. We got up right away, and we saw the car,” he said. “My daughter had been asleep in that room.”
It remains unclear whether or not the girl was hurt, but the homeowner said the mobile home sustained extensive damage.
