NORTHEAST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - The Northwest Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade debuted a brand new game room thanks to some help from the community.
It was all made possible thanks to a grant from Florida health plans Amerigroup and Simply Health Care. The $16,500 grant provided much-needed updates in equipment and supplies for the kids and teens to learn about team work, getting along with others and leadership.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held at the facility on Wednesday.
