FLORIDA KEYS, Fla. (WSVN) — A group of boaters got stuck off the coast of the Florida Keys, Friday.
Florida Fish and Wildlife officials said they were riding near the Great White Heron National Wildlife Refuge when their boat got stuck in shallow water.
Florida Fish and Wildlife officers responded with the help of a tow boat.
The officers took six of the eight passengers to shore, while two stayed behind to work with the tow boat.
Eventually, everyone and the boat made it to shore safely.
