MIAMI BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) - Fire rescue crews fought a small fire that erupted on a yacht, Wednesday, at Haulover beach.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and Seatow responded to a report of a fire on board a 40-foot yacht called the “Yachtzee,” at around 10:30 in the morning, about a mile east of the Haulover inlet.

The fire has since been extinguished and fire rescue crews used pumps to remove the excess water from the yacht.
An engine problem sparked the fire, and the yacht was towed back to shore.
No one was injured.
