MIAMI (WSVN) - A man riding a bicycle was rushed to the hospital after a car hit him in Miami, Tuesday morning.
According to Miami Police, a man riding his bicycle was struck by a car near West Flagler Street and Southwest 27th Avenue, at 6 a.m.
The bicyclist, who is described as an adult male in his 40s, soon went into cardiac arrest after being struck.
He was transported by Miami Fire Rescue crews to Jackson Memorial Hospital with lacerations to the head and leg.
The driver involved stayed on the scene.
