MIAMI (WSVN) - Baptist Children’s Hospital donated its funds and facilities to provide corrective cosmetic surgeries for thirteen children and young adults whose families were unable to pay for the services, Saturday.

Doctors from specialties including plastic surgery, oral surgery and anesthesiology, donated their time and services as part of the annual “Day of Smiles” at the hospital.

They performed cleft lip and palate revisions, lip and nose revisions, ear deformities and scar revisions.

This marks the 15th year, Baptist Children’s Hospital has offered this free, important surgeries to children and young people.
