FORT MYERS, Fla. (WSVN) — A Florida Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 9-year-old girl from Fort Myers.
Diana Alvares was last seen Sunday, in the 3500 Block of Unique Circle, in Fort Myers, wearing a short-sleeve shirt and shorts.
Alvares is a white, Hispanic girl standing 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighing about 95 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
Officials believe the girl may be in the company of Jorge Guerrero, who is a 28-year-old white, Hispanic male.
Guerrero stands at 5 feet 5 inches and weighs about 145 pounds. He is known to have ties to the Orange County and Okeechobee County areas.
Guerrero is also believed to be traveling in a tan Chevrolet Malibu with Florida tag number 78NHD, according to officials.
