NEAR HILLSBORO INLET, Fla. (WSVN) — A tow boat crew came to the aid of eight boaters after a boat capsized south of Hillsboro Inlet, Friday morning.
According to TowBoatU.S. Fort Lauderdale, the accident sent the boaters spilling into the water, just before 11:50 a.m. The crew quickly responded and picked everyone up with the help of Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue.
No one was seriously hurt.
The flipped 21-foot boat was towed back to shore.
