NORTH MIAMI, FLA. (WSVN) - Over $50,000 worth of photography equipment was stolen from a vehicle parked outside a restaurant in North Miami.

According to police, two men robbed a car parked at an IHOP restaurant, located along Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 123rd Street, Monday.

Surveillance video shows a man stepping out of a car and walking over to an SUV, casing it first. Then, the man is seen walking towards other parked vehicles.

He managed to rob one of these vehicles.

Moments later, the video shows him jumping into the passenger seat of a black Lexus right before he and the accomplice, the driver, takes off.

Police said the crooks managed to steal $50,000 worth of photography equipment from this car.
