DANIA BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) - Four suspects, including two teenagers, have been arrested for allegedly stealing a purse that belonged to a Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy.
According to police, they were arrested at a “Motel 6” located along East Dania Beach Boulevard.
Investigators said the deputy was off duty when she drove in her personal vehicle to a Shell gas station in Davie. Surveillance video showed the deputy pull up in her personal vehicle and pump gas.
That is when one of the suspected thieves opened her car door and snatched her purse.
