MIAMI (WSVN) - Two men were caught on camera stealing over $20,000 worth of electronics from a cell phone store in Downtown Miami, overnight.
According to police, two men broke through the front door of I-Town Repair: iPhone & iPad Repairs, located along Southeast First Street and Second Avenue, at around 2 a.m., Friday.
Security footage showed two masked men inside of the store stealing the merchandise electronics. They broke the cases using some kind of sledgehammer.
“They just came in with a hammer, and they went ahead and broke all the windows, all the glasses and starting taking whatever they could,” said store owner Estefania Calibar. “They tried go into our office, but thank God we had closed them, and they couldn’t go in.”
