HIALEAH, FLA. (WSVN) - A man and a woman were airlifted to the hospital after, officials said, they sustained chemical burns in Hialeah, Monday afternoon.
Hialeah Fire Rescue responded to the scene on the 900 block of West 74th Street. According to investigators, a man in his early 70s and a woman in her 50s suffered burns to their lower extremities from an unknown chemical.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue assisted crews with airlifting the victims to Jackson Memorial Hospital.
