HIALEAH, FLA. (WSVN) - Police have arrested and charged a man and a woman in connection with the fatal shooting of a man in Hialeah.

Police are charging Junior Garcia Barquin and Jacqueline Cabeza with the murder of 33-year-old Noarian Pino.

According to police, Barquin and Cabeza arrived at Pino’s home, near West 28th Street and Okeechobee Road, Saturday evening. During a confrontation, Barquin pulled out a handgun and shot Pino. The victim was airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he later died.

Detectives said both suspects fled from the scene. They were taken into custody Sunday night.

Both suspects are facing second-degree murder charges.
