SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - Police are searching for a driver who struck a boy in Southwest Miami-Dade and drove off, Wednesday morning.
According to police, an 11-year-old boy was struck by a vehicle while standing along Southwest 136th Street and 197th Avenue, at around 8 a.m.
The boy was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. He is expected to be OK.
Police need the public’s assistance in identifying the driver involved.
