LAUDERDALE LAKES, FLA. (WSVN) - A man has been killed after he was hit by a car in Lauderdale Lakes, Sunday.
Broward County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene along the 4800 block of West Commercial Boulevard.
According to BSO, at around 5:15 a.m., 22-year-old Moises Figueroa was walking southbound when he was struck by a black 2008 Mercedes-Benz GL450. Figueroa died at the scene.
The Mercedes has since been towed away.
A woman on the scene said she was the victim’s girlfriend.
Traffic homicide detectives are currently investigating the incident.
