According to the City of Miami Police, 23-year-old Jephthe Latortue (pronounced “Jeff thee”), has not been seen or heard from since he left his home on Oct. 24 at 9:00 p.m.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and carrying a purple backpack.
His family is offering a $1,500 reward for his safe return.
