MIAMI (WSVN) - A 23-year-old man who urgently needs medical attention has been missing for over a week in Miami-Dade County, and officials fear he is endangered.

According to the City of Miami Police, 23-year-old Jephthe Latortue (pronounced “Jeff thee”), has not been seen or heard from since he left his home on Oct. 24 at 9:00 p.m.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and carrying a purple backpack.

His family is offering a $1,500 reward for his safe return.
