Ingredients:

2 tbls extra virgin olive oil4 ounces of ground beef6 ounces Linguine1/4 spanish onion1/4 red pepper1/2 cup tomato sauce1 tsp. paprika1 tsp. butter1 tsp. dried parsleysalt and pepper to taste

Method of Preparation:

-Start by putting extra virgin olive oil in a hot pan. Add the ground beef and sauté until the meat is light brown. Then add the onions, fresh red pepper and stir.

-Next, add in the paprika, salt and pepper, dried parsley and butter. When the butter melts, add the tomato sauce. You can use your favorite prepared sauce or make it from scratch. Let simmer for several minutes then set aside.

-Now, put the linguine in boiling water. You can use fresh or dried. When it's done add it to the sauce, mix well and let simmer for a just a few minutes.

To Plate:

-Simply garnish with more parsley and serve.
