HONG KONG (WSVN) — A heartbreaking video of an injured black bull who was hit by a car, is beginning to circulate social media.
Over the weekend, a large black bull was struck on the road in a suburban neighborhood in Ma On Shan, according to BBC News. Once a group of cattle saw the bull on the ground, they surrounded him and tried to raise the bull up with their horns. The herd did not leave the bull’s side and stuck together.
The video was recorded by a 30-year-old resident who happened to be on a public bus at the time.
"I saw with my own eyes how intelligent cows are. They, like us, have their own social structure, their own families, their own feelings," Mok told BBC News.
