MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) — The driver of a Lamborghini accused of a deadly wreck on the MacArthur Causeway will be returning to court, Friday.

Fifty-three-year-old Andres Toro is expected to take a plea deal.

He faces several charges, including DUI manslaughter and reckless driving.

Prosecutors said he was drunk behind the wheel of a Lamborghini, in July of 2014, when he slammed into an SUV, killing Malcom Lloyd and Raul Alfonzo.

Lloyd and Toro were brothers-in-law.
