WSVN — From singing to swimming field trips to just playing around. The fun never ends this summer at the David Posnack Jewish Community Center. Mindy Bernstein: “Everything is here, we call it one stop shopping.”

The 40-acre campus in Davie has something for kids of any age.

Galit Lipnik: “I look forward to the summer probably just as much as my children do.”

Galit has three kids all with very different interests. Her oldest son Ethan loves technology and science so he’s excited about the new J-tech science camp this year.

Ethan: “I would learn about the solar system.”

Galit Lipnik: “My daughter is a little fashionista.”

8-year-old Lulee loves to perform.

Mindy Bernstein: “We also have our ever so popular J-girls, which is our camp which is more specialized to dance, cheerleading. We have spa days.”

And 5-year-old Shia, well, he’s likes anything that’s fun.

Galit Lipnik: “My little one, he’s just into everything.”

And mom says the best part is it’s all under one roof.

Galit Lipnik: “They’re all in one place having a fantastic time. I have one drop off. One pick up.”

The camp takes kids one-year-old and up and for working parents the schedule is pretty flexible.

Mindy Bernstein: “Regular camp hours are 9 to 4 p.m. We do open up at 7:30, which is considered morning care.””

The camp flies musicians in from Israel to play for the kids and bring them a sense of culture. Field trips are planned once a week so if you can’t find it on the JCC campus, they will take you there. 10-year-old Ethan says any kid will love this camp.

Ethan: “Because it will change their lives.”

The camp offers two four-week sessions. And great news parents, there’s still room available for your kids.
