WSVN — Pickling peppers is easy! Join Horatio Rivadero from the Tantalize on Miami Beach as he shows you a way to make homemade pickle peppers.

Horatio Rivadero: "Anybody can do this one."

Chef Horatio Rivadero of Tantalize on Miami Beach says all you need are sliced peppers, water, white or rice vinegar, sugar and salt.

Horatio Rivadero: "We just take all these ingredients, we put it in the pot. We just let it boil for a minute or two."

Stir the pot and slice the peppers. When the liquid comes to a boil, let it cool. Then pour it over the sliced peppers.

Horatio Rivadero: "Just leave it to pickle for two or three days and they’re going to develop a very nice flavor."

It’s a homemade treat that will keep in the fridge for weeks.

Horatio Rivadero: "That’s it… it’s easy!"
