WSVN — From the latest electronics to classic toys, listen up parents, we know what your good girls and boys put on Santa’s list. In tonight’s Hot for the Holidays, 7’s Lynn Martinez has the hot toys.
You don’t have to wait for your kids to tell Santa what’s on their wish list this year. Walmart went straight to the source.
Chris Provost: “We got about 800 kids to play with about 80 toys.”
After hours of fun, kids voted for their favorites. Think creative, think classic, and of course, think Disney.
For your little princess, better shop early for Disney’s ‘Snow Glow Elsa Doll’. She sings ‘Let it go’ from the mega-hit movie ‘Frozen’ while her gown and necklace glow with the beat.
And it wouldn’t be complete without Elsa’s sidekick Olaf.
Want to keep the magic going?
Chris Provost: “One of the new and hot electronic toys is the Flutterbye Lightup Fairy that hovers and flies with a little assistance from you.”
The good little boys on your list will go wild over this remote-controlled interactive dinosaur complete with Jurassic Park sounds and moves.
Or go warm and fuzzy with this ‘Fur-real’ dog that barks and pants like the real thing.
If your child has a creative streak, check out the ‘Sew Cool’ sewing machine perfect for little hands. Or ‘Make a Case’ with this kit that lets them create their own cell phone case in different colors.
Chris Provost: “Makes a case currently for the iPhone 5 and 4 and Galaxy S3 and S4.”
Then add stickers and sparkles so they can make it their own.
Chris Provost: “This is one of our Walmart exclusives. It’s a Star Wars Millennium Falcon.”
Perfect for keeping the kids busy while you make Christmas dinner. May the force be with you.
And mom and dad, you can relive your childhood with a throwback to the classics.
Hit the road in the Barbie Glam Camper. You’ll be riding in style with these accommodations and you’re sure to be right on target with the latest version of nerf’s Dart Gun.
Hot Wheels are still big and now they have a buildable track with lots of loops.
Of course if all else fails, Razor’s Crazy Cart will take them on a ride they won’t soon forget.
Walmart offers free shipping online or in the store. So parents, get shopping.
