WSVN — If you are looking for more than a meal, we’ve got a few ideas to elevate date night. It doesn’t have to be the same old dinner and a movie. In tonight’s Style File, Belkys Nerey is taking us to a couple of spots you’ll be singing about.

It’s time to switch up those boring dinner plans!

Nabil, Rouge: “We’re having a pianist, cellist and a violin coming and playing while serving great food.”

Rouge in Miami Beach is adding some ambiance to your meal.

Nabil: “It’s not your typical South Beach restaurant, either. We try to not only serve great food, but have culture events.”

Customer: “The ambiance of the place is great.”

For $89, enjoy a five-course meal while listening to a classical concert of extremely talented musicians. The event is held once a month. Each time, the menu and music has something different to offer, taking you away from a regular night in Miami.

Customer: “I feel like I was in Italy, someplace in Italy.”

Down in Wynwood, Coyo Taco is jamming out to the beat of old-school hip-hop with their revision of the classic “Takeout Tuesday.”

Sven Vogtland: “Legendary on South Beach. It was a classic hip-hop night done for about a decade.”

Organizers of the original event, which ended back in the early 2000s, are hyped to give it new life and revive an experience hip-hop fans say is hard to find.

Manuel: “That classic, old-school hip-hop that you typically don’t get anymore.”

Eunique: “The music is great! I mean, it’s throwback hip-hop, which is the best hip-hop, in my opinion.”

Every Tuesday starting at 10 p.m., the DJ will be spinning classic hip-hop tunes that are sure to get you moving.

DJ Keen One: “It’s great! It feels really good to actually have a new home for it, bringing it back and try to keep hip-hop alive.”

After downing some tacos in the front restaurant, head down the hallway for a real VIP throwback experience in the Hidden Club.”

Sven Vogtland: “When they walk back, they’re going to see our beautiful bar, dim lights, lots of Mexican candles.”

Eunique: “It’s kind of a little hidden gem. It’s cool to see the little hidden room.”

Grab a drink or share some shots with your favorite b-boys or b-girls before hitting the dance floor to show off your moves.

Sven Vogtland: “If you love music, I think this night really is for everybody, from young to old. People reminiscing, or you want to come hear some new music, this is your night.”

If you are down to really get down, the party doesn’t stop until 3 in the morning.

DJ Keen One: “Work out your meal. Come to ‘Takeout Tuesdays’, Coyo Tacos, let’s get the party going.”

Takeout Tuesday is held each week at Coyo Taco in Wynwood and the next classical dinner at Rouge is set for next Wednesday, June 10.
