MIAMI (WSVN) — A Miami-Dade commissioner is making it easier for residents in Northeast Miami-Dade to get their license reinstated and have their outstanding court fees reduced.
On March 18, Northeast Dade residents with the following traffic citations are eligible to have their license reinstated:
- Miami-Dade County Citations Only
- Suspended License for Failure to Pay
- Suspended License for Failure to Appear
- Suspended License for Traffic Citations in Collection Status
Individuals with the following occurrences will not be eligible:
- Open DUI Suspension Cases
- Child Support Suspensions
- Open Cases of Habitual Traffic Offender Suspension
- Felony Case
- Tickets issued outside Miami-Dade County
- Civil Judgement due to traffic crash
- Insurance Suspension
