VANCOUVER, WA (WSVN) — A touching photo has gone viral on social media after it captured three coffee shop employees praying at a drive-thru window with a customer whose husband had just passed away.
The workers said they noticed the customer was in tears when she pulled up to the drive-thru window.
"She’s like, ‘She’s just having a really bad day. Her husband passed.’ And as soon as she said that, I was like, ‘There’s nothing more you need to say. We got this. We’re going to do what we do every time we get someone who’s in pain or hurt. We’re going to give them our love,’" worker Evan Freeman told KPTV.
The 37-year-old customer was also offered a beverage while being comforted by the workers at the Dutch Bros Coffee shop in Washington.
A customer in the car behind the woman snapped a photo and shared it on the coffee shop’s Facebook page.
"If every single person did an act of kindness or just had smile on their face, the world would be a completely different place," worker Pierce Dunn told KPTV.
The photo has been shared over 129,000 times with nearly 373,000 likes.
