BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) — A Boynton Beach police officer, according to officials, was caught on camera as he tried to hire a prostitute.
Boynton Beach Police said the encounter happened last fall. However, the woman he propositioned was actually an undercover deputy with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s department.
The video captured the interaction between eight-year veteran Vintyre Finney and the undercover deputy:
Undercover Deputy: "Do you have cash on you?"
Officer: "Uh-huh."
Undercover Deputy: "That’s all that matters. I stay in this apartment building right back here. Meet me back there."
Officials have since fired Finney.
