The weather will be mainly dry and steamy across South Florida this weekend. That is thanks to an area of high pressure that remains anchored over the Southeast United States. Over the course of the weekend, we can expect the breeze to build along the coast. This will create rip currents and the bay waters to be at a moderate chop. Overall, conditions for beach and boating will be good, but remember it is always best to swim at a guarded beach.

Next week we will have a better rain chance in the forecast. Most models show we will see some shower activity on Wednesday. Therefore, enjoy this nice Summer-like pattern for the all important weekend.

Have a wonderful weekend South Florida and make it a safe one!
