FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) — A Bahamian choir group is continuing on with their tour after they were targeted by thieves earlier this week.

The group performed at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Fort Lauderdale, Saturday.

A few days prior, when the group stopped at a Hollywood Dave & Buster’s, their traveling van was robbed of more than $6,000 worth of valuables. Many items including uniforms, passports, wallets and electronic devices were stolen.

The group did receive replacement travel documents from the Bahamian consulate.

Those responsible for stealing from the group have not yet been caught. If you have any information on this burglary, call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a $3,000 reward.
