NORTH MIAMI, Fla. (WSVN) — A South Florida man who, police said, sexually assaulted a 4-year-old girl, will remain behind bars.
Twenty-four-year-old Clenol Jean appeared in bond court, Thursday, where a judge decided not to grant him bond.
Carol Genty, a neighbor to the suspect, was shocked by the accusations. She said, "He reads, does his homework, church, write music. This is something unbelievable."
The alleged incident is said to have happened more than once at the young girl’s North Miami daycare center.
