The Dish: White Chicken Chili

4 chicken breasts cut into cubes 
1 package McCormick White Chicken Chili Mix
4 Tbs. butter
2 cans northern white beans 
1/2 cup water
1 package of Mahatma seasoned Yellow Rice

Method of Preparation:
– Start by cutting up chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.  

– Next, get the rice started. Add 1 Tbs. butter to the pot, and when the water boils, add Mahatma seasoned yellow rice. Stir …then cover and let it simmer.

– In another pan, add the rest of the butter and when it melts, add the chicken. Sauté and stir until it’s done cooking, about 20 minutes.

– Add the cans of white beans to the chicken, and then add the McCormick White Chicken Chili seasoning packet. Mix it all together, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes or so. If you double the recipe, let it simmer a few minutes longer.

To Plate:
First, spoon the yellow rice onto a plate, then top it with the White Chicken Chili.
