Have you been to the Surfside/Bay Harbor/Bal Harbour area lately? Have you noticed all the new restaurants popping up along Harding Avenue? Well now another spot has opened in this already burgeoning little street lined with eateries. Villa Castelli is the newbie in the neighborhood. The Italian restaurant named after a small southern town where Ciro Costanzo, the restaurant’s general manager, was born and raised.
You can expect Italian classics like homemade meatballs in tomato sauce ($10) and eggplant Parmesan ($14). There are plenty of pastas to choose from like agnolotti with spinach and ricotta ($21) linguine with clams in garlic and white wine sauce ($24) and homemade ravioli ($26). Fish and meats round out the menu and you can wash it all down with some wine from Villa Castelli’s extensive list.
They plan on changing the menu every month to so next time you’re in Northeastern Miami-Dade stop in and see what’s for dinner.
