SoFlo’s Victoria Justice is sweet, beautiful and incredibly busy … but not too busy to stop by Deco. And not too busy to hang out with Chris Van Vliet by the bay, talking about everything she’s working on, and when you can see it.

You’ll probably recognize Victoria Justice from her hit show “Victorious” on Nickelodeon. She was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida, and even though Victoria now lives in L.A., South Florida will always be home.

Chris Van Vliet: “Do you have some friends, some family who might be learning that you’re back in South Florida by watching this tonight?”

Victoria Justice: “Probably a few. Hi, guys!”

On July 31, Victoria is co-hosting the Teen Choice Awards here on 7 with WWE superstar John Cena. She announced the news on Snapchat in a rather creative way.

Victoria Justice (on Snapchat): “What’s up everybody? It’s me, John Cena.”

Victoria Justice: “It was a really bad John Cena impression. I did the Face Swap with John Cena. I didn’t even know what he sounded like, so I was just like, ‘It’s me, John Cena.'”

Victoria Justice (on Snapchat): “I’m so excited to co-host the Teen Choice Awards with my girl Victoria Justice.”

In October, Victoria stars in a remake of the cult classic “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” also on 7! She plays Janet, a character made famous by Oscar winner Susan Sarandon in the original 1975 movie.

Victoria Justice: “I went to my first midnight showing when I was 15 years old. I loved it; I’ve never experienced anything like it.”

It’s been 41 years since the original, and the hope is they can introduce “Rocky Horror” to a new generation.

Victoria Justice: “It has a bit of a modern twist. It is a reimagining, so don’t expect it to be exactly the same.”

What will be the same are those classic songs.

Victoria Justice: “So let’s do it, go all out.”

Victoria and Chris: (singing) “Let’s do the time warp again!”

The 2016 Teen Choice Awards air Sunday, July 31 on 7 starting at 8 p.m.
