It was Music Monday in Hollywood, and that’s because R&B star Tank was in town performing for some lucky fans. Of course, Deco was there.

South Florida was Hot Monday. Grammy-nominated R&B singer Tank was at Hot 105 in Hollywood meeting, greeting and serenading fans.

Tank: "We wanted to do something special for the fans. Something intimate. Everyone always has to figure out how to get tickets to the concert or chase you out of town, and we wanted to bring it directly to the people."

Tank has a new album, "Sex, Love, & Pain II," and promoting it allows him to get up close and personal with those who love him.

Tank: "I get to hear directly, and see directly, how they feel about the music."

Traishann Aaron: "I think that he’s really good, and I think that it was really nice for him to do this. It’s just amazing overall."

This sensual singer loves that SoFlo is filled with all types of fans.

Tank: "Miami is kind of  ‘combo crowd,’ because you have artsy people down here, as well as turn-up people down here."

"Sex, Love & and Pain II" is about just that: sex, love and pain.

Tank: "When you listen to the album, you will hear it is very relationship-driven. You have some apologies and seductive moments, as well as some party moments."

And the first song off his new album is "You Don’t Know," featuring his pal, Wale.

Tank: "I’ve known Wale for 100 million years. We come from the same area, and us working together was really a formality."

You can hear some of Tank’s older music on soundtracks like "The Fast and the Furious" and "Trainwreck." He’s headed out on tour, and he’s starring in the TV series "Born Again Virgin."

Tank: "The second season started about 2 weeks ago. It’s really cool. Sex is the thing, and we have a show about not having sex."

Tank is one busy and very talented guy. Thanks for coming to SoFlo!
