Brunch: it does a body good LOL This body loves it anyway. I mean who doesn’t love brunch? Roll out of bed and have breakfast or lunch, or both, and wash it down with a brunchee drink.
At Stripsteak at the Fontainbleau they feature the "Fizzy Bellboy" made with Grey Goose vodka and pear vodka, lemon juice, agave syrup, bitters and prosecco. It’s a great way to get things started before you head off to the brunch buffet. It’s $68 per person but, hey, you can have all the shellfish, cold cuts, cheeses and decadent desserts you can eat from the buffet (I think I went back 3 times!) AND you can choose 2 courses from StripSteak’s extensive a’ la carte menu. I had the stone ground grits with a poached egg, smoked bacon and aged white cheddar and ricotta pancakes topped with lemon whipped cream and warm maple syrup. Butter poached maine lobster, a wood grilled 12 ounce steak and fried chicken are also among the more than dozen options to choose from from the a’ la carte menu.
It’s a great view, a great vibe and the best part the valet is INCLUDED so you can just roll on out of StripSteak for free and enjoy the rest of Sunday Funday.
