The rooftop spa at the Betsy Hotel in South Beach is fully open air.
They’ll start you off with a traditional foot wash. Then, they suggest you try something spiritual and relaxing for Spa Month.
Jeff Lehman: “We have a special treatment called the Daylight Sonata treatment. It incorporates the Tibetan bowls that actually sing. Singing emotes emotion, and by the singing vibration of the bowls, it brings out any stress that you might be feeling.”

Jeff Lehman: “Right now it’s $99 for Miami Spa Month. We also have an Under the Stars treatment; that’s $109.”
Then, try The Betsy’s new restaurant — LT Steak & Seafood.
Breathe in and breathe out — at the spa on top of the Confidante Hotel in South Beach.
Sasha Schwartz, Confidante Hotel: “We have six open air cabanas which are temperature controlled.”
For $109, get a facial customized to your skin. Or, if you want to relax, a Swedish massage will cost the same, leaving you ready to take on the world.
And for $15 extra…
