WSVN — What’s more perfect for Valentine’s Day than serving up a heart-healthy meal for your loved ones?  Delicious fish is on the menu — as we grab a Bite with Belkys.

The Chef: Belkys Nerey
The Dish: Pistachio Encrusted Grouper

5 Tbs. dry bread crumbs
5 Tbs. finely chopped unsalted dry-roasted pistachios
4 6 oz. grouper filets
1/4 Tsp. salt
1/4 Tsp. pepper
2 large egg whites, lightly beaten

Method of Preparation:
– Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

– Combine bread crumbs and pistachios in a small mixing bowl. Sprinkle grouper fillets with salt and pepper. Dip the fillets in egg whites, then the bread crumbs and pistachio mix.

– Place the pistachio encrusted fillets on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until fish is done and pistachio crust is golden brown.

To Plate:
Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
