The long lost sisters are back, and total strangers are dancing for love. There’s a reason Wednesday is the most anticipated night of the week for good TV. Here’s a sneak peek.

Contestant: “This dance is all about being close.”

Get ready for a night of romance, dance and drama.

Jordan: “I’m hoping for sparks right off the bat.”

First, stretch your calves and open your heart, ’cause an all-new episode of “Flirty Dancing” with host Jenna Dewan and celebrity choreographer Sharna Burgess airs Wednesday night.

Contestant: “Yes, yes and yes.”

We were on set as their single Jordan practiced with Sharna’s assistants.

Sharna says to expect to see real sparks flying when he meets his matches.

Sharna Burgess: “I decided to create these two dances for him to show his personality and also make him step outside his comfort zone. There was some real magic created and chemistry created between them, and it’s such a special thing.”

Jenna says this instant chemistry is how their show cuts to the chase when it comes to dating.

Jenna Dewan: “It’s like right down to, when was the last time you just looked someone in the eyes and had a serious moment of eye contact without, you know, distractions.”

Emily Osment (as Roxy Doyle): “Do you think he’s using me?”

Megalyn Echikunwoke (as Edie Palmer): “I can’t tell you that, Roxy.”

“Almost Family” is back with plenty of drama for all three sisters at the center of the series.

Megalyn Echikunwoke: “The sister’s relationships, the love relationships, those, that’s really exciting.”

Emily Osment: “You’re really getting into the nitty-gritty of what’s really going on.”

As her character Roxy continues to deal with her past, actress Emily Osment says she appreciates these storylines they’re getting to tell.

Emily Osment: “I love how female-centered our show is, and it’s all about strong women supporting other strong women, and that’s always a wonderful thing.”

Emily Osment (as Roxy Doyle): “Finding a family is the best thing that’s happened to me in years.”
