LAS VEGAS (AP) — Entertainer Flavor Flav has completed court requirements on misdemeanor driving under the influence cases in Las Vegas and neighboring Henderson.

His lawyer, Kristina Wildeveld, said Wednesday the 57-year-old rapper and reality television star whose real name is William Jonathan Drayton Jr. paid his $1,370 in fines, attended classes and stayed out of trouble.

A judge closed the case on Tuesday.

Drayton acknowledged in February that he had marijuana residue in his system when police stopped his vehicle last May in Las Vegas.

He also pleaded no contest in January in Henderson to having marijuana metabolite in his system when he was found asleep in a vehicle last August.

Drayton was inducted with the rap group Public Enemy into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013.
