The Dish: Coconut Macaroons with Dulce de Leche

Ingredients:
1 bag sweetened shredded coconut
1 can dulce de leche

Method of Preparation:
– Let Dulce de Leche come to room temperature. Scrape it into a bowl and add the bag of shredded coconut, little by little and blend well by hand. This takes time and effort so be patient!

– When it’s well blended, put a heaping tablespoon of the mixture into an ungreased muffin pan. One spoonful for each muffin form. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Take them out and when they’re cool, remove macaroons from each muffin form.

To Plate:
Serve your macaroons for dessert or a snack. They’re easy to make and delicious!
