A tasty and easy side dish for any holiday meal. That’s what’s cooking as we grab a Bite with Belkys.

Ingredients:
3 cans corn (15 oz. each)
1/2 of an 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)

Method of Preparation:

  • Let the cream cheese come to room temperature.
  • Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
  • Drain the corn and add it to the pot.
  • Let the corn heat up and stir well with the butter.
  • Stir in the cream cheese a little at a time until everything melts and is well combined.
  • Add salt to taste and serve.

This is a Nerey family favorite during the holidays!
