(WSVN) - If you are looking for a quick and easy dinner recipe, you’ve come to the right place. That’s what’s cooking as we grab a Bite with Belkys.

2 lb. salmon fillets
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, smashed
1 lemon, cut into 1/4 inch slices
fresh parsley for garnish

Method of Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • Mix smashed garlic into mayonnaise until well incorporated.
  • Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place skin side down onto a baking sheet. (line with parchment for easy clean up)
  • Spread garlic mayo over the salmon fillets. Sprinkle with parmesan and top with lemon slices.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish, until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
