This little Miami Beach treasure, run by a husband and wife team, pumps out fresh pasta every day. Tagliatelle, ravioli, and gnocchi perfection. Prosciutto di parma, pear, pumpkin, pork, lamb and truffle oil combined to perfection to create delicately delicious fillings.
The ingredients are imported from the motherland (Italy) Some are available for sale at the restaurant’s small retail space. It’s casual, it’s inexpensive and mama mia it’s soooooo good. If I could eat pasta every day…
