MIAMI (WSVN) - The sixth annual Art Africa Miami Arts Fair is drawing art lovers to Miami’s Overtown neighborhood this weekend.
Overtown, once known as the “Harlem of the South,” is leading the change by re-emerging as a cultural beacon in South Florida, and the fair aims to highlight the changing heritage of South Florida.
This theme this year is “Afrotopia,” and it seeks to show the role of black culture in community empowerment.
