MIAMI-DADE COUNTY

The county has opened several walk-up, drive-thru and mobile testing sites throughout Miami-Dade. To find a county-operated COVID-19 testing site near you, click here

The following locations are also offering COVID-19 testing across Miami-Dade:

AVENTURA – A walk up testing site has opened at Aventura Mall, located at 19575 Biscayne Blvd. Testing is conducted seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Appointments are not required but are encouraged and can be made by calling 305-614-2014.

CORAL GABLES IN-HOME TESTING – Coral Gables Fire Rescue paramedics are offering in-home testing to senior residents and individuals over the age of 18 with disabilities who are symptomatic and home-bound. To schedule an in-home test call 305-460-5401.

DORAL – CVS has opened a drive-thru testing site at 10701 NW 41st St. The site will utilize self-swab tests. The tests are free and patients must register in advance to schedule an appointment.

DORAL – A drive-thru testing site has opened at Miami International Mall, located at 1455 NW 107th Ave. Rapid and PCR testing is available at the site. Testing is conducted seven days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To schedule an appointment, click here.

HIALEAH – CVS has opened three drive-thru testing sites in Hialeah. The sites will utilize self-swab tests. The tests are free and patients must register in advance to schedule an appointment. The testing sites are located at:

  • 3395 West 68th Street, Hialeah, FL 33018
  • 1230 West 29th Street, Hialeah, FL 33012
  • 802 East 25th Street, Hialeah, FL 33013

HIALEAH IN-HOME TESTING – Homebound Hialeah residents over the age of 65 who are experiencing symptoms may call to request a COVID-19 test to be performed by City of Hialeah Fire Department staff at their home. To schedule an appointment call 305-863-2950.

HIALEAH GARDENS – COVID-19 testing is being conducted at the Walmart store located at 11800 Hialeah Gardens Blvd. Appointments are required with a doctor’s electronic test order and can be made through Quest’s MyQuestTM’s app or online here.

HOMESTEAD – CVS has opened a drive-thru testing site at 2780 NE 8th St. The site will utilize self-swab tests. The tests are free and patients must register in advance to schedule an appointment.

HOMESTEAD – COVID-19 testing is being conducted at two Walmart stores, located at 14325 SW 268th St. and 1499 South Dixie Hwy. Appointments are required with a doctor’s electronic test order and can be made through Quest’s MyQuestTM’s app or online here.

MIAMI – CVS has opened nine drive-thru testing sites in Miami. The sites will utilize self-swab tests. The tests are free and patients must register in advance to schedule an appointment. The testing sites are located at:

MIAMI – Children can get tested at the University of Miami’s pediatric mobile clinic. The free testing is being conducted Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. To schedule an appointment call 305-243-2059.

MIAMI – COVID-19 testing is being conducted at the Walmart store located at 6991 SW 8th St. Appointments are required with a doctor’s electronic test order and can be made through Quest’s MyQuestTM’s app or online here.

MIAMI BEACH – A MedRite walk-in clinic at 542 West 41st St. is offering COVID-19 testing. The site is open daily from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.  Testing is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. To pre-register for testing, click here.

MIAMI BEACH IN-HOME TESTING – Homebound Miami Beach residents over the age of 65 who are experiencing symptoms may call to request a COVID-19 test to be performed at their home. Appointments can be made by calling 305-604-2489. Testing is conducted by the Miami Beach Fire Department.

MIAMI GARDENS – CVS has opened a drive-thru testing site at 4700 NW 183rd St. The site will utilize self-swab tests. The tests are free and patients must register in advance to schedule an appointment.

MIAMI GARDENS – COVID-19 testing is being conducted at the Walmart store located at 3791 Nw 167th St. Appointments are required with a doctor’s electronic test order and can be made through Quest’s MyQuestTM’s app or online here.

MIAMI GARDENS – A drive-thru COVID-19 testing site has opened at 2775 NW 183rd St. No appointment is required. The site is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

MIAMI LAKES – COVID-19 testing is being conducted at the Walmart store located at 9300 NW 77th Ave. Appointments are required with a doctor’s electronic test order and can be made through Quest’s MyQuestTM’s app or online here.

MIAMI SHORES – A MedRite walk-in clinic at 6815 Biscayne Blvd is offering COVID-19 testing. The site is open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Testing is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. To pre-register for testing, click here.

NORTH MIAMI – Walgreens has opened a drive-thru testing site at 14901 NE 6th Ave. Testing will be done by appointment only to those who meet eligibility criteria established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Walgreens pharmacists will be overseeing patients’ self-administration of the COVID-19 test. Officials with the company said testing will be available at no cost to the individuals who meet CDC criteria. To get pre-screened, click here.

NORTH MIAMI BEACH – CVS has opened a drive-thru testing site at 1825 NE 185th St. The site will utilize self-swab tests. The tests are free and patients must register in advance to schedule an appointment.

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY-WIDE IN-HOME TESTING – Senior citizens and homebound individuals over the age of 18 with disabilities may request a COVID-19 test to be performed at their home by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue staff. To schedule an appointment, click here.

SUNNY ISLES BEACH – A MedRite walk-in clinic at 17100 Collins Ave Unit #117 is offering COVID-19 testing. The site is open daily from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Testing is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. To pre-register for testing, click here.

BROWARD COUNTY

BOYNTON BEACH – COVID-19 testing is being conducted at the Walmart store located at 12700 S Military Trl. Appointments are required with a doctor’s electronic test order and can be made through Quest’s MyQuestTM’s app or online here.

COCONUT CREEK – A drive-thru testing site has opened at Tradewinds Park & Stables-South, located at 3600 W Sample Rd. The site is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m

COOPER CITY – CVS has opened a drive-thru testing site at 4701 South Flamingo Road. The site will utilize self-swab tests and testing will be available to those who meet the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention criteria. Patients must register in advance to schedule an appointment.

DANIA BEACH –  COVID-19 testing is being conducted at the Walmart store located at 401 E Sheridan St. Appointments are required with a doctor’s electronic test order and can be made through Quest’s MyQuestTM’s app or online here.

DAVIE – CVS has opened a drive-thru testing site at 4610 South University Drive. The site will utilize self-swab tests and testing will be available to those who meet the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention criteria. Patients must register in advance to schedule an appointment.

FORT LAUDERDALE – CVS has opened two drive-thru testing sites in Fort Lauderdale. One is located at 1700 South Federal Highway and the other is located at 3501 W. Davie Blvd. The sites will utilize self-swab tests and testing will be available to those who meet the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention criteria. Patients must register in advance to schedule an appointment.

FORT LAUDERDALE – The drive-thru COVID-19 testing site at Mills Pond Park, located at 2201 NW 9th Ave., is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday through Thursday. Testing is available to anyone regardless of age or symptoms. No appointment is necessary.

FORT LAUDERDALE – A drive-thru testing site has opened at Reverend Samuel Delevoe Memorial Park located at 2520 NW 6th St. The site is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.

HOLLYWOOD – A walk up testing site has opened at Boulevard Heights Community Center, 6770 Garfield Street. The site is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. Appointments are not necessary.

HOLLYWOOD – A testing site will open at South Regional Health Center on Aug. 2. The site, located at 4105 Pembroke Rd., will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

HOLLYWOOD – COVID-19 testing is being conducted at the Walmart store located at 8550 Stirling Rd. Appointments are required with a doctor’s electronic test order and can be made through Quest’s MyQuestTM’s app or online here.

MARGATE – CVS has opened a drive-thru testing site at 1200 North State Road 7. The site will utilize self-swab tests and testing will be available to those who meet the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention criteria. Patients must register in advance to schedule an appointment.

MIRAMAR – CVS has opened a drive-thru testing site at 12401 Miramar Parkway. The site will utilize self-swab tests and testing will be available to those who meet the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention criteria. Patients must register in advance to schedule an appointment.

PEMBROKE PINES – A drive-thru testing site has opened at CB Smith Park located at 900 N Flamingo Road. The site is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is conducting PCR testing.

PLANTATION – Walgreens has opened a drive-thru COVID-19 testing site at 6105 West Sunrise Boulevard. Testing will be done by appointment only to those who meet eligibility criteria established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). SUNRISE – A drive-thru testing site has opened at Markham Park located at 16001 W State Road 84. The site is conducting PCR testing and is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

TAMARAC – COVID-19 testing is being conducted at the Walmart store located at 6931 Nw 88th Ave. Appointments are required with a doctor’s electronic test order and can be made through Quest’s MyQuestTM’s app or online here.

MONROE COUNTY

AHEC: Testing is available to students, staff and limited family members of Monroe County Schools at all school sites. Rapid and PCR test are available. Call 305-743-7111 Extension 210.
