Biography

Frank is the Broward Bureau Chief for WSVN-TV, the Fox affiliate in Miami/Ft Lauderdale. He has been in the position since August 2012, responsible for the day-to-day operation of a news bureau covering news in Broward and Palm Beach counties.

As bureau chief, he oversees a staff of three reporters, five photographers, two assignment editors, and an engineer. Together, they cover the news of the day in a market where the news never seems to stop. He has helmed coverage for the top-rated television station in South Florida of stories such as: the 2017 shooting at Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, the 2018 shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, Hurricanes Irma and Maria.

Frank won an Emmy award for his part in covering Hurricane Dorian’s devastation in the Bahamas in 2019. A native of Miami and graduate from the University of Miami, Frank has worked at WSVN since 2003.
