Biography
Elitsa Bizios rejoined the 7-News team as a general assignment reporter in May of 2021.
She returns to South Florida after working as a digital producer and on-air host with ZMG | RUCKUS in Chicago, IL.
Prior to covering news in South Florida, she worked as an anchor at WICD in Champaign, IL, an anchor/reporter at WICS, Springfield, IL and an anchor/reporter at WCTI, New Bern North Carolina.
Elitsa began her TV career in her hometown of Naperville, IL at the Naperville Community Television station where she served as a reporter, on-air host and producer.
Elitsa and her dog Leo are thrilled to be back in South Florida, a place that’s always felt like home.
In her free time Elitsa is working to complete her Pilates certification via Romana’s Pilates in Ft. Lauderdale and loves learning about health and wellness topics.
