NOAA: 1-4 major hurricanes in 2016

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is forecasting 10-16 named storms, 4-8 hurricanes and 1-4 major hurricanes for the 2016 hurricane season.

The average storm count is 12 named storms, 6 hurricanes and 3 major storms.
